- Here is a report about Turkmenistan’s ‘new’ military doctrine. Led by new President Berdymuhamedov the defense strategy of the new nation will reportedly ’still be based on permanent neutrality of the state and the acknowledgment that necessary level of defense capability must be maintained.’
